At Physicians Regional, our diabetes education classes and support groups are free and fun, offering you an opportunity to learn how to live with diabetes from a certified diabetes educator.

Informational topics include:

• Nutritional tips on how to eat healthy
• Updates on the basics of insulin
• Treatments and medications
• Diabetes prevention & prediabetes
