Express Childbirth Class

An innovative approach to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the newborn experience. You will learn the basics of pregnancy, physical changes, labor techniques; including medicated and unmediated labors. You also learn about the benefits and risks of medical interventions such as augmentation, induction, epidural anesthesia, reasons for unplanned cesareans and more. We will strive to ease your anxiety about your newborn and smooth the transition to parenthood. This is a must do class for all first time parents birthing in the Hospital.

Cost is $70.00 per couple.
