“Through Katie’s leadership, Physicians Regional has become the gold standard in surgical care and the Collier Campus continues to grow exponentially while delivering exceptional care,” says PRHS Market CEO, Scott Lowe. “Katie has had a remarkable career and has served as a mentor to many, myself included, and will be greatly missed.”

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Education at Massey University, New Zealand in 1990 and went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Masters of Management. Susan graduated from Wairau Hospital Nursing School in Marlborough, New Zealand.
“I am excited for the opportunity to serve as Market CNO at PRHS at a time when our Healthcare System is experiencing strong growth and development that ultimately serves our community needs and patient choice,” says Susan McKinley. “I look forward to using my years of experience to create a culture of collaboration among both nursing and other clinical services.”
“Sue has fostered tremendous success in all of our quality metrics and developed a strong team of nurses to accommodate the ever increasing demand for our growing service lines,” says Scott Lowe. “As we continue to expand at both campuses, I am confident that she and her team will lead us in delivering high quality health care with a patient experience that always meets expectations.”
