The Executive Health Program at Physicians Regional Healthcare System offers a comprehensive health examination in a package tailored to meet your unique medical needs. If you are a busy corporate executive, professional or retiree, we invite you to learn more about this one day “on campus” examination aimed at targeting reducing and removing health risks, promoting wellness, discovering potential health problems, and facilitating prompt access when problems are identified.
The Executive Health Program operates exclusively at the state-of-the-art Pine Ridge Campus of Physicians Regional at 6101 Pine Ridge Road. Patients should generally plan on a four to seven hour day depending on the specific type of services selected. As flexibility is often critical to comprehensive healthcare screening, additional appointments and/or testing may be added to the schedule as required.
The Executive Health Program has an optional but popular Stay and Play Package. Physicians Regional has partnered with The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort, an award winning hotel and golf course conveniently located near Physician’s Regional Healthcare System, to enhance the patient experience. Through this partnership, patients may take advantage of excellent corporate rates on both accommodations and golf.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I have an Executive Health physical?
Our mission is to provide you with a comprehensive adult diagnostic and preventive health evaluation so you can achieve and maintain peak performance. All services rendered are located on one of our two hospital campuses utilizing only state-of-the-art equipment and testing procedures. We are committed to making your time spent with us as convenient, comfortable and informative as possible.
How much time will this take out of my busy schedule?
Executive Health physicals take 4 to 7 hours depending on the program chosen. Other appointments and/or testing may be added on to your schedule for the day if deemed necessary. You will be personally escorted to your appointments in a timely fashion.
How soon will I have my test results?
All tests are done STAT, so most if not all will be available for your Exit Interview with you Executive Health physician at the end of the day. You will receive a copy of all notes and test results in the mail.
Will my insurance cover the cost of my Executive Health physical?
Since Executive Health physicals are considered preventive medicine, highly specialized examinations, most insurance companies will not cover these services. As a result, we do not file to insurance companies, nor do we accept contractual insurance adjustments. This program is billed as a fee-for-service. Therefore, payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
How should I prepare for my Executive Health physical?
After your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an information packet which includes a Health History Questionnaire, a Medical Records Release Form, and a Financial Responsibility Form. Please complete these forms and either fax or mail to us prior to your appointment, if possible. Also included are a letter with instruction and cost information, a schedule of your appointments, instructions for any tests you may be having and a Hemoccult Test Kit (if you are not having a Colonoscopy).

- Travel Medicine is available for out-of-the-country inoculations
